Renovate “the Old Cal Skate” Project seeks to redesign and renovate the Simmons Community Center which is historically known as Cal Skate. It is time for a NEW ROOF & NEW FLOOR that will bridge fond memories of the past with new purpose for today! Partner with us by making a donation.

In November 2015, the facility’s keys were handed over to South Sacramento Christian Center. Since then the center has provided services, resources and opportunity for individuals in our community to rise up. The center serves as a safe space to play, learn and grow.
